Ways to GIVE

There are so many ways you can give back to your community through United Way.  Participate in your company’s workplace campaign.  Make a Leadership or Planned Gift.  Make a gift in memory or honor of someone who has impacted your life.

Ways to GIVE include:

 • Annual Campaign - United Way of Hall County partners with local businesses, individuals, government and nonprofits in an annual community-wide effort to raise funds through Campaign Central (by giving at work) and at home.
Support the Annual Campaign with gifts of:
 • Payroll Deduction
 • Cash and Checks
 • Credit Cards
 • Publicly Traded Securities

 • Corporate Sponsorship - Corporate Sponsorships are a single, comprehensive gift in support of special community events and activities.

•  Memorial or Honor Gifts - Gifts may be given as a lasting tribute in honor of or in memory of a friend, colleague or loved one. An acknowledgement of each gift is sent.

 • Endowment - Gifts to the United Way of Hall County Legacy Endowment Fund at the North Georgia Community Foundation provide a permanent income stream to support programs and operations.

 • Planned Giving - Individuals who make planned gifts to United Way share a strong common bond of philanthropy and a desire to improve lives in Hall County now and in the future.
Planned giving instruments include:
    * Securities
    * Wills
    * Life Insurance
    * Charitable Trusts
    * Charitable Gift Annuities

Always consult your personal financial or tax advisor to see how a gift can benefit you.
