United Way of Hall County establishes short- and long-term goals and identifies strategies to accomplish them. Strategies are based on data and analysis, address United Way’s selected priority issues, and drive resource development, marketing, financial and operational plans as well as staff work plans and accountability. United Way assesses progress annually and makes changes as warranted.
